Fee Information

The IRS requires tax practitioners to publish the availability of a written schedule of fees and disseminate the fee information. (Circular 230)

Our fee calculation factors are the type and the quantity of the IRS forms produced for each tax return, plus the degree of complications of the tax matters in that particular tax return.

Fee charge for an initial consultation is $99 per 50 minutes. If the client has a tax preparation service with us, it is free and will be discounted from the final tax preparation fee invoice.

The 15-minute pre-process consulting and 30-minute confirming discussion before e-Filing are free with tax preparation service. Business and tax consulting without tax preparation service is $150 per hour. Our consulting officer is an Enrolled Agent with a master degree in business administration.

Hourly rate is $120 for a bookkeeper, should a client come with a box of receipts during tax season. We consider the tax season begins on the beginning of February and ends on the individual tax return filing due date.

Tax preparation fee for an individual return begins from $299 for the Form 1040 with an initial consultation included. A tax return preparation fee for an individual with a pass-through business starts from $599, plus the fees for other forms, to the maximum of $1,900.

Base fee for a partnership, an S-corporation, or a C-corporation return is $1,350.

Base fee for a fiduciary return is $1,100.

Base fee for a tax-exempt entity is $1.100.
